About Cliff House Holiday Cottages

Cliff House Holiday Cottages are a collection of 5 holiday cottages set within 2 acres of grounds on the edge of the North York Moors and a short drive from the Yorkshire Coast and Scarborough.  Within our grounds we have a games room and an indoor heated pool for our guests to use, as well picnic benches and chairs dotted throughout our grounds for you to enjoy.

Our 5 cottages can accommodate groups from one to six in size, or you can mix and match our cottages to accommodate larger groups up to 19 in size.  Our three largest cottages all have open log fires and all of our cottages have wifi, off street parking and some essentials including homemade cake or biscuits to get you going.  Every cottage comes with maps, local walking guide books, nature guides and binoculars for you to borrow during your stay.
